Unfortunately I have found that its not viable to rent premises for incall purposes on a weekly basis, so from the end of September, Incalls will only be available by arrangement.

I will be advertising dates when Incall services are available - this is likely to be once or twice per month on a set date.

Alternatively Incalls - Visit Me can be arranged anytime for bookings of 3 hours or longer - I will book either a large hotel room or a serviced apartment for the day. Cooking the leg of Venison (deer)

I had been given a leg of deer the other week by one of my clients (frozen weighing about 5kgs). It was too big to go in the freezer, so I have been slowly defrosting in the outside fridge. Then I discovered it was also too big to cook in the oven :-(

So I decided the only way to cook it, was to dig a pit and cook it Hawaiian Luau style over coals.

I already had a ready made fire pit, as the kids often have a bonfire in wintertime, so the hole was there, I added the bricks around the outside to retain some more heat, and proceeded to make my fire lol The photo above shows the coals and firestarters, we had to go and get some firewood as well to keep it going enough for the coals to catch and burn down.

So now I have a nice bed of red hot coals, so on goes the foil wrapped leg of deer, and then that gets covered totally with dirt, it should be ready in the morning lol It will need about 8-12 hours of cooking time.

Tomorrow I will remove all the dirt and take out the foil wrapped leg, which should be melt in the mouth falling off the bone by then :-) I will then be able to portion it into smaller meals and freeze some (otherwise we will be having venison for the whole week lol)

Will let you know tomorrow how it turned out

Cairns

I went up to Cairns last Thurs till Sun, it was VERY WET. Friday went for a drive up to Cape Tribulation, stopping in at Palm Cove and Port Douglas.

Saturday had patches of sunshine though, so went for a drive down to Inisfall. Saw lots and lots of sugarcane fields, and everything was very green.

This struck me as amusing, noticed this at Adelaide airport whilst taking off – someone obviously has a sense of humour there. This is just out in the field next to the runway.

I stayed at the Reef Hotel, where the Casino is, in one of the junior suites, this was the view from the balcony.

Looks like Customs were doing some work lol

Reclaim the Night Celebrations in Adelaide - Hosted by SIN (Sex Industry Network) October 30th

On Friday 30^th October, women from all walks of life met in Victoria Square in Adelaide to protest for the safety of all woman in our community.

Reclaim the Night is an International acknowledgement of women’s right to live safely in our community

The event this year was hosted by The Sex Industry Network.

With banners and placards, women of Adelaide took to the streets of the city to get the message across.

The march was followed by a party afterward for supporters, which was held at YUGONDI COURTYARD, at the Lions Arts Centre, Adelaide.

Chanel 7 ran coverage of the event on 6pm News on the 31^st, and although they did not send anyone on the night to cover the event, they managed to royally fuck up by turning the commentary into a sensationalised piece on whether sex work should be decriminalised or not. They managed to suggest that all the women marching were sex workers, and had to post an update later saying that the women were not sex workers. Obviously someone didn’t read the media brief sent to them twice by Adelaide SIN’s manager Ari Reid, who they also interviewed the following day. Seems Chanel 7 doesn’t know the difference between Reclaim the Night which is held every year and sex worker rights.

Well the school holidays are over, spring is here, and it finally looks like the weather is improving :-)
